Its based in Southampton City Centre and you will be working in an open-plan office as part of a small team within a large and successful business.

The Role:

* Delivering exceptional customer service via email and phone

* Developing and nurturing customer relationships through regular communication

* Making clients feel valued and appreciated

* Upholding high customer service standards by addressing client concerns promptly

* Managing a team inbox for efficient client communication

* Responding promptly and accurately to customer queries

* Processing customer orders with high attention to detail

* Providing detailed product information to assist customer decision-making

* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions

* Presenting retention offers and solutions to clients

* Collaborating with internal teams and Account Managers for sales support

* Enhancing customer relationships through effective collaboration on marketing and promotional activities

The Person:

For success in this role, strong communication skills and effective negotiation skills are essential. Being open to continuous personal and professional growth is crucial, as we are specifically looking for someone that wants a long term career.

Managing multiple tasks simultaneously should be second nature, maintaining quality and staying focused on objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
