CMA is delighted to be recruiting for our rapidly expanding client, they require a Sales ledger Assistant on a temporary basis to support their sales ledger department due to a busy period they are needing additional support to raise invoices for their services.

Our Weymouth, Dorset based client is offering this position on a temporary basis on an initial 3 months basis.
What will the Sales ledger Assistant role involve?

Processing sales invoices in a efficient timely manner;
Reconciliations;
Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve queries;
Take payments;
Laise with credit control team regarding over due accounts;
Ad hoc duties.
Suitable Candidate for the Sales ledger Assistant vacancy:

Experience gained in a similar position;
Good telephone manner;
Experience working in a high volume environment;
Adaptable accounts package skills and an intermediate level of Excel.
Additional benefits and information for the role of Sales ledger Assistant:

This role is based in Weymouth however you have the ability to work from their Poole office two days a week;
Opportunity for this role to be extended, initial 3 month contract;
