Title: Payroll Transformation Delivery Lead
Salary: up to £120,000 + package

Brief Overview:
Forsyth Barnes are exclusively partnered with global leader in veterinary services. The business is going through a huge period of growth so have multiple vacancies in their transformation team. For this particular role they are seeking an experienced Payroll Transformation Delivery Lead to own and drive their Global Business Services Payroll initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
* Create, develop and execute a global payroll strategy, aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements.
* Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for multiple countries and regions.
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of global payroll operations.
* Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders for audits and compliance checks.
* Lead global payroll projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, and payroll harmonization initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in Global Payroll Operations and Transformation
* Proficient in Payroll software and systems for end to end payroll processing
* Strong leadership experience with a history of managing teams
* Strategy focus for defining and building future partnerships
