An excellent opportunity has become available for a Town Planner to join a growing consultancy as part of their Exeter based team. The company offer a wide range of planning services across the housing, heritage and commercial sectors.
Experience:
Ideally candidates will have previous experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers. Applicants will ideally have consultancy or housebuilder experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
