We're on the lookout for a committed Assembly Operative to join our client's established and thriving business in Dorchester on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, working closely with experienced colleagues to learn the ins and outs of the role.
As an Assembly Operative your duties will involve:
Assist in the assembly and production processes using hand & power tools.
Safely operating machinery in compliance with health and safety standards
Providing support across various production tasks as needed.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work area
You’ll benefit from: Regular Monday – Friday 6:30am to 4pm , overtime opportunities and working within a supportive & friendly environment.
As an Assembly Operative, you’ll have:
Previous experience in machining, assembly, or a related field.
A keen eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic production setting.
Excellent attention to detail, reliable and punctual.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
