Commercial Claims Handler – Chippenham
Our client is a successful insurance broker based in the Chippenham area. An exciting position has arisen within their team to deal with a range of personal and commercial claims from a range of clients. If you have claims handling experience and insurance knowledge this is a great opportunity for you.
The successful candidate must have:
* Good administration and communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Acturis experience would be desirable
* Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade 4-9 to include English & Maths.
* Computer literate with experience of MS office applications.
* Good communication skills and customer service experience is essential. We require
* someone who is confident when dealing with clients, Insurers, and colleagues.
THE ROLE
* To actively manage all claims handling functions
* To provide a comprehensive claims service to all offices
* Act as a primary contact point for claims queries from clients and Insurers
* To negotiate best possible claims outcome for all clients
* Contribute to customer satisfaction.
* Settle claims within agreed timescales.
* Maintain service levels according to office procedure.
* Effective liaison with Account Executives and Account Handlers
