HR People Team Administrator

£25,000-£27,000 negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday – 40 hours (flexible)

Location: Westbury – Hybrid work from home

Hybrid flexible working available (will need to be able to come to site at least twice a week)

We are looking for a proactive and engaged People Team Admin who can provide essential administrative support to the People Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace.

Our client is looking for an individual who can ensure the department is up to date with the best HR and People practices, company processes, culture, and engagement projects and who is passionate about being part of their award-winning team.

We are looking for an individual who can ensure the department is up to date with the best HR and People practices, company process, as well as focusing on recruitment and onboarding of incredible team members to join our award-winning team.

The Role:

You will be a champion for business initiatives and uphold our company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable and ‘respectful.

You will ensure the accuracy of all HR and people team documentation, to uphold a professional and high-quality level of communication across the business from the People team.

You will support the team by drafting policies and proofing and reviewing documentation.

You will ensure GDPR is upheld at all times.

You will ensure our HR online platform is up to date and identify any missing data.

You will assist with the creation of internal eLearnings, via the Learn Worlds platform.

You will keep aware of the booking of annual leave across the business, highlight to the head of department when managers or team members need to be communicate with.

You will assist the team with hands-on tasks, such as behind the scenes preparation for company events.

You will assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding, contracts, SMT1.

You will act as an official note taker in meetings and proceedings.

You will take ownership of certain administrative tasks, and report back to the team regularly.

You will review CVs coming into the business and ensuring filing and organisation is up to date and in alignment with GDPR.

You will support the team by drafting and sending out HR documents, such as offer letters, new starter documentation, onboarding packs, contracts etc.

You will oversee new starter processes to ensure that new team members to our business, have the best experience.
