We're looking for a Senior Communications & Engagement Manager to join our team based in London.

Up to £400 per day
Full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
hybrid working model (3 days onsite in White City).
3-6 month contractIn this role as Senior Communications & Engagement Manager, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping communications strategy and content across various channels to drive patient activation and engagement. Collaborating closely with our communications leads and business franchise, you'll help achieve strategic objectives within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute communications strategies for impactful patient engagement.
Maintain high standards across communications programs and support team members in understanding compliance processes.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including the NHS, to explore innovative approaches aligned with business goals.
Identify and prioritise brand objectives, crafting insights-driven plans consistent with global strategies.
Support communications projects through content creation, media relations, events, and PR activities.
Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and budget management.
Ensure compliance with company principles and industry regulations in all communication activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate patient perspectives into projects.
Cultivate relationships with patients and advocacy groups to champion priority disease areas.Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations management, project management, or communications.
Previous experience in communications and/or patient engagement with strong skills in channel utilisation, storytelling, media relations, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in project management and organisational skills
In-depth knowledge of the UK media landscape, regulatory environment, and patient advocacy landscape.
Ability to develop clear and compelling messaging that drives engagement and action.
