Registered Manager required for a Cheltenham based care and support service, delivering quality care across Gloucestershire.
The service enables adults with disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions, to thrive in a variety of care settings.
The company offer a person-centered approach, that involves the people that they support in all areas and provide them with the platform to achieve, regardless of disability.
Required:
* Positive attitude.
* Have or be working towards QCF Level 5/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent.
* Ability to think fast and act quickly and appropriately with each person.
* Follow and implement CQC processes and procedures.
