Looking for an agency social worker to work in the South Gloucestershire Council Community North Team (Adults) which cover areas such as Thornbury, Downend, Frampton Cotterell, Frenchay and other surrounding areas. Our friendly and supportive team works with adults over the age of 25. Our main duties include Care Act Assessments and Reviews, the role will also include some time on Duty
