Job Role: Optical Technician
Hours: Weekly Rotating:
week1: Monday - Friday 6.00am-2.00pm
week2: Monday - Friday 2.00pm-10.00pm
Hourly Rate: £11.94 per hour
Role Type: On-going temp
gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment agency and currently looking to recruit an Optical Technician for our manufacturing client based in Thornbury, BS35. As an Optical Technician you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support.
Previous production experience would be beneficial, however the site offer full training for the role with options for full time career opportunities to those that demonstrate a good work ethic.
Job Responsibilities:
* Operating machinery
* Working in all aspects of the manufacturing process
* Following correct health & safety measures for the site
* Quality control check of products
The Candidate:
* Knowledge of similar working environment
* Previous production experience - ideal
* Good communicator and team player
* Proven accuracy and efficiency in your work
* Consistently produce the highest standards of work
