Exciting Opportunity for a Production Team Leader in Honiton (Dunkeswell, EX14)
Job title: Production Team Leader
Location: Dunkeswell EX14 (Honiton area)
Schedule: 4 days per week, Monday - Friday (one day off during the week, weekends off)
Hours: 06:00 - 16:00
Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour
Overtime Rate: £19.57 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Own transport required due to the location.
Acorn by Synergie is currently offering this role on behalf of their Client based in Dunkeswell, Honiton area.
Successful applicants, preferably with knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and previous supervisory level in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Duties:
To effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.
Ensure the final product meets client specifications.
To effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.
Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.Requirements:
Experience working on a Production Line.
The ability to consistently reach and exceed targets on several lines
Management skills.
Machinery operation - desirable
Experience of completing production line paperwork.
The ability to communicate effectively.
