Supervisor (Metal Work)

Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out contractor and relocation services provider working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.

Our Production Facility in North West London is looking for a Metal Work Supervisor to join the team on a long term basis for a start as soon as possible.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Manage Metal Production Team and manage capacity.

· Manage works orders in line with Production Schedule including all 123 system bookings and maintenance in a timely manner.

· Assist the Production Manager produce, manage and publish the Department Capacity Plan including forward resource planning,

· Implement the shopfloor production schedule and assist the Production Manager to publish a regular status report including forward resource planning.

· Supervise the machine maintenance schedule for the department and manage machine repairs.

· Ensure all operations comply with health and safety policy and assist the Factory manager in monitoring and maintaining the Health and Safety Plan.

· Other tasks as may be required to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company.

Good organizational skills

Numerically competent and commercially astute

Good personnel management and motivation skills

Experience

The ideal candidate will have several years production experience as well as managerial / supervisory experience within this field.
