Senior sales negotiator

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs, both in sales and lettings.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm one week and Monday to Saturday the second week.

Duties will include:

· Liaising with clients in person and on the telephone

· Being good at negotiations

· Being a team member

· Assisting with the day-to-day administration of the department.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus
