Are you experienced on high rise residential schemes?
TS Recruitment are actively working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to recruit an Internals Site Manager for a large high residential scheme in Bath.
Benefits
* Basic salary circa £50-60,000 per annum.
* Company car (electric) or car allowance £5,400 per annum.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
* Increased holiday allowance up to 29 days for long term service.
* 5% pension matched by the employer.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
* Reporting into a Site Project Manager with full responsibility for all internal trades on a large high-rise scheme.
* Manage subcontractors for all internal trades including SFS, dry wall, joinery, fire protection and finishing trades.
* Health and safety responsibility including inductions, toolbox talks and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Ensure quality control standards are followed and all information is recorded.
* A strong technical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and offer advice to subcontractors.
* Commercially strong working closely with Quantity Surveyors ensuring budgets are followed.
* Schedule and chair subcontractor meetings.
* Manage the site programme ensuring timescales are followed and met on a fast-paced project.

Knowledge/Experience:
* Major high rise residential experience 20 plus stories.
* Experience working on fast paced projects.
* SMSTS, first Aid and CSCS cards.
* Higher education within construction preferred but not essential.
