Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a Home Manager for their Large sized care home in Southampton - Hampshire. This is a very stable, compliant home which just needs to be enhanced and taken to the next level.

This role would suit an RGN (but not essential) Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully within the care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' or "Outstanding"CQC reports. Due to the size of the home this could also be a great opportunity for a support Regional/Regional/Area Manager.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

Requirements
Nursing Home Manager experience
RGN (Not essential)
Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
Experience Working within a large service.

Location
The home is based in Southampton - Hampshire and would be a suitable commute from Basingstoke, Bournmouth, Ringwood, Winchester, Four Marks, Eastleigh, Romsey, Hedge End, Whitely, Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, Portsmouth.
