We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a leading manufacturing company based in Yatton! Our client continues to grow every year and is currently in its next expansion phase so it is a very exciting time to join this company with some excellent long term career opportunities.

This is a full-time temp to perm role with a potentially immediate start.

Working hours: 8am- 4pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £11.44 per hour + £86 monthly attendance bonus

Duration: Initially this will be for a period of 12 weeks but there is potential for this to become a permanent opportunity.

Start date: ASAP, following a successful interview and various checks.

Duties:

Maintaining and updating records within various systems using Excel.
General administrative duties.
Assisting with delivery of services to the client.
Proving cover to reception when required.
Raising purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices.
Providing business support in a team as well as working alone.
Administering petty cash.You will need:

Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
Strong experience in using Excel
Previous experience of working in administration and / or business support.
Data entry experience ideally.
Good verbal and written communication.
A flexible and adaptable mindset.
An enthusiastic and confident approach to duties.
