Are you looking to work for a Housing Association that has been making a difference to their residents' lives for over 45 years. We are currently seeking a dedicated Supported Housing Officer to join the team on a contract – perm basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential support to individuals who have experienced homelessness, coming from diverse backgrounds and facing various challenges.

Experience in supported housing and mental health support
Ability to provide tenancy sustainment support
Demonstrated empathy, reliability, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Capability to manage a caseload of clients with care and dedication Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness
Relevant transferrable skills and a genuine desire to work in homelessness or supported housing
Commitment to ensuring a smooth transition from homelessness to sustainable housing for all individuals
