An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect for a flagship scheme in Bristol.
Whilst in this role, you will assist with the Commercial elements of the below project, whilst reporting into site based Commercial Lead and roaming senior management.
* £70M Project
* New Build Student Accommodation
* Large RC Frame (up to 18 Storeys)
My client are a large Main Contractor, with a solid reputation delivering major schemes out of their London and Hertfordshire offices.
The ideal candidate for the role will have around 3-5 years experience within New Build and Main Contracting.
In terms of future projects, my client have secured work in the Bristol area for the next 6 years. As a business they are keen to offer internal progression. Therefore and over time, this role is likely to progress into a more senior level.
