A rare and exciting role on offer for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a Commercial Fit-Out Contractor who work on high-end prestigious projects nationwide, with the chance to progress your career whilst receiving an exceptional salary and benefits package.

Do you have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry? Do you have experience working on commercial projects? Are you looking to join a growing company in a dynamic and autonomous role?

This commercial fit-out contractor specialise in high end commercial fit out projects throughout the UK. They work in a variety of sectors including student accommodation, care homes, hotel and leisure. This company have had huge success with their projects over the last few years, so have seen year on year growth in turnover and project starts. Due to this growth and influx of projects, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and progress through the ranks.

In this office, site and home based role you will you will work on a range of fit out projects across the UK. You will be predominantly based from the Bristol office, but will go out to site as and when required. You will have the opportunity to work from home a couple of days per week, managing your own diary. You will work on projects from concept through to final accounts, project surveys, conducting bill of quantities, CBR's, costs and valuations.

The ideal candidate will therefore have a Quantity Surveying background with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. You will ideally have experience working on commercial projects. You will be a good communicator with previous experience working with sub-contractors and clients.

The Person:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience
Experience working on commercial projects
Excellent communication skills
Looking to progress your career into a senior role
Full UK Drivers License
