Opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join this commercial multi-disciplinary consultancy. With a broad range of projects and professional instructions across a range of commercial sectors, they offer an excellent package and opportunities for progression.
Person Specification:
* Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or associated subject
* MRICS qualified with minimum of 2 years PQE
* You will have broad UK experience across a range of projects and professional instructions
* Experience within the commercial and industrial sectors
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing relevant surveying services to existing clients of the business across a range of sectors, as well as giving support and advice to other members of the Building Surveying Department. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
* Dilapidations
* Surveys
* Party Wall Matters
* Contract Administration
* Project Management
* Building Pathology
* Schedules of condition
* Building inspections
* Acquisition surveys
* Business Development skills
* Maintenance & Refurbishment Projects
Salary & Package:
* Salary of £60,000 – £75,000, DOE
* Over-target bonus
* Access to an online GP
* In-house Mental Health First Aider Support
* Phone allowance
* Pension matched at 5%
* Annual leave – 31 days
