Working for a leading commercial property consultancy in Southwest England, and based in Bristol, your role will cover South Wales.
The client base is varied, including private individuals, SME's, regional/national clients, pensions, tax, asset and acquisition valuations. Valuations are also undertaken on a range of property types including commercial, residential, development, leisure and trading.
You should be MRICS RICS registered valuers with at least 5 years PQE with a proven track record of carrying out commercial valuation work for secured and non secured lending clients.
