Contracts Manager (Hard Services FM / M&E) for a large account covering the South of England.
Accountabilities
Full contract management accountability
To manage a team of mobile Engineers
Site visits / surveys
Auditing
Experience using CAFM softwarePackage
£45,000 pa
Car allowance £7736
5% annual bonus
Must be able to work 4 days per week from Bristol office
