Job Title: Registered Nurse (Permanent)

Shift: Day, (36 hours in a week)

Responsibilities:

* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

* Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders

* Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories

* Performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results to provide accurate patient assessments

* Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

* Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive healthcare practices

* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and coordinated patient care

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

* Adhering to legal, ethical, and professional nursing standards

Qualifications:

* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State/Region]

* Graduation from an accredited nursing program

* Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices and procedures

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding healthcare environment

* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

* Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting positive patient outcomes

Requirements:

* Non UK citizen - Right to work Documents (Passport, BRP, Share Code)

* UK citizen (Passport/Birth certificates)

* Enhanced Updated DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)/PVG

* Mandatory Training Certificates (UK NMC Pin Number is Mandatory)

* Proof of NI (National Insurance Number)

* Proof of Covid vaccination

* Proof of Address

* Proof of Bank Details

* A Clear picture of the candidate for the profile

* 1-6 Month's UK experience working in a professional care home
