This is ideal for an Associate Cost Director with experience in Professional Quantity Surveying that has aspirations of reaching senior positions within a Multi Disciplinary Construction Consultancy. This Consultancy provides a number of professional services nationwide with a strong track record in Design, Cost and Project Management services and have plans to build a team and office under yourself in the South West of England. They are now looking to add senior talent to expand the business and assist with their growing pipeline of work whilst having autonomy on your own projects and work you bring in to the business.

You will be joining a very well-established team of consulting engineers that delve into an array of environments and sectors. You will have full responsibility for the delivery of projects, this will include managing pre and post contract stages on a range of projects including Education, Government Bodies, healthcare and Local Authorities. Here you will work collaboratively with the executive team as well as build on client development within the business, giving you the opportunity to expand the client base in your preferred sectors also.

Your role as an Associate Cost Director will be

* Business Development

* Produce estimates, budgets and cost plans

* Preparing quantity bills & tenders

* Delivery of projects

* Accountability of P&L and ensuring projects are viable before engagement

* Constant liaison with the different business units

The successful Associate Cost Director will need:

* Proven experience of project delivery in commercial environments

* Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveyor or a similar discipline.

* PQS or Client Side Experience
