We have partnered with an excellent independent company who play a vital role in enabling people with disabilities to access affordable and reliable transportation, helping to enhance their independence and quality of life. They are looking for a Contact Centre Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Bristol on a 12 month FTC.
What you'll be doing
• Provide quality performance assessments of calls / correspondence.
• Analyse and report on trends and insight with the coaching team.
• Use data to review processes, educate, and strengthen consistency across teams.
• Work closely with the coaching team to ensure a smooth, positive process for customers.
What you'll need to apply
• Previous Quality Assurance experience within a contact centre / customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
