A General Manager is required for a busy engineering company based in Bristol. The company provide engineering service and repair for a range electromechanical products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business across all product and service areas ensuring that all KPIs are achieved. You will take responsibility for overall operational functions of Administration, Service Centre, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, Sales and HSQE. You will drive process change within the organisation to ensure the company provides an excellent standard of customer service.
Candidates will have a proven management background within a similar role e.g. General Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager. You should possess a strong engineering background within mechanical / electromechanical service or manufacturing. You will be process driven with proven experience of driving change within an organisation. Strong man management experience is essential
