About the Role Assistant General Manager –  Starbucks T1 Bristol Airport  

Seasonal contract - until end of October 2024

We're looking for an inspirational Assistant General Manager to join our team @ Starbucks  You'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day, as you support your manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. 

As Assistant General Manager you’ll: 

Be passionate and dedicated and a strong support to the General Manager. 
Have the highest standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and team. 
Be an inspiration to the team to deliver outstanding customer service and loyalty. 
Mentor and train the team to grow and excel. 
Have proven experience and confidence in leading a team. 
Set an example of excellent service skills. 
Communicate effectively and clearly. 
Be adaptable and resilient in any situation.
