The role is to provide meaningful insights on the client's customers to improve customer experience by improving the efficiency of their marketing and helping key stakeholders make critical commercial and strategic decisions.

Description

  • Supporting stakeholders by providing insight analysis
  • Help create the MI capability of the firm
  • Identify trends within the data to capture new business
  • Assiting on marketing campaigns, reporting on effectiveness
  • Work alongside senior stakeholders to determine key customer behaviours
  • Help support the new roll out of Power BI
  • Assist in the transformation of the new CRM system
  • Supporting finacnial advisors by providing customer analysis

Profile

  • Previous experience building and using data models or data management techniques
  • ETL skills
  • SQL skills (SSIS/SSRS)
  • Prior experience using data visualisation tool (PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik)
  • Knowledge and interest in financial services and products
  • A-levels grade C or above or equivalent experience

Job Offer

The Salary package includes but not limited to:

  • Up to 45k Salary DOE
  • Potential of up to 30% bonus depending on performance
