Position: Mortgage Adviser - New Build Specialist
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year and CAS status
Location: Hybrid
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday plus 1 weekend per month
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, specialising in new build properties.
* Utilise provided leads to generate business opportunities and cross sales.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and goals.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Benefits:
* Basic salary of £30,000 per annum.
* OTE in excess of £50,000.
* Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months.
* Mostly remote working post training with some office visits to Exeter and Southampton and occasional site visits.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with new builds is beneficial but not necessary.
