Position Overview:
As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages for our clients guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is not only a master of mixology but also possesses excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages
Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware
Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to guests
Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Keep the bar area clean and sanitized, adhering to health and safety standards
Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure seamless service
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail creations Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment is preferred
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beverage service
