Rise Technical Recruitment is a leading consultancy offering global talent solutions across the engineering and technical sectors. After launching in 2005 with only 3 people, we have now grown to over 200 employees, with offices in Bristol, London, Miami & Austin. We are at the beginning of huge expansion plans, with a goal to be the global go-to technical recruiter.
This role is ideal for an ambitious HR leader who is eager to thrive in an internationally expanding business. With the autonomy to shape our HR strategy, you'll have a direct impact on employee relations, fostering exceptional company culture, driving growth and scaling the organisation from 200 to 1000+ employees.
The Role:
HR Director

Hybrid role with
Design and implement a global people strategy that supports growth, fosters a strong organisational culture, and aligns with brand objectives
Partner with the senior leadership team to drive the global HR agenda, contribute to business strategy and improve ER
Develop and champion a performance-driven culture with a meritocratic performance appraisal system
Ensure compliance with international employment laws and stay ahead of regulatory changes in all operating territories Key Requirements:
CIPD L7 or equivalent
Proven experience in HR Director role
Deep knowledge of UK employment law
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support growth and company culture
A passion for people development and culture-building on a global scale
Self motivated and high level of attention to detail
