We are pleased to be hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Belfast who will be responsible for managing their own niche market within the Irish tech market. This person will be someone who is ambitious, resilient, and financially driven.
Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
Proactively sourcing candidates - you'll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process - you'll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.
Staying informed about industry trends - providing market insights and managing expectations.
Generating new business - chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.
Introducing candidates to clients - you'll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.
Ensuring a seamless recruitment process - your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.
Expected Earnings
Year 1 OTE 30-45K
Year 2 45K+
Year 3 60K+
Year 4 100K+

A competitive basic salary (ranges from £24,000-£30,000, depending on experience) and uncapped commission, which is paid to you monthly.
