We have a great opportunity for an Associate to join our Complex Litigation Department on a fixed-term basis until May 2025. The successful candidate will look to join a friendly and supportive team that benefits from a steady supply of high-quality litigation from DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Group, whilst holding responsibility for managing a case load of multi-track personal injury claims.

This is an interesting and varied role, which includes RTA, EL and PL claims. You will ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service, whilst adhering to regulatory and company processes. In addition, you will deliver on SLA's, KPI's and financial and performance targets to drive efficiency and performance within the wider team.

About You:

We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate experience managing a full caseload in a commercial manner either through the courts and litigation or the use of mediation and other ADR techniques. Litigation experience is essential, and it is desirable that you will have experience of EL, PL and RTA work.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

* A client focus in your approach to work, striving to provide a quality and efficient service to clients

* High levels of technical ability in procedural matters

* Previous experience managing a full case load in line with customer and regulatory requirements.

* Experience of working in an SRA regulated environment is essential.
