About the role - You will be responsible for this 8 bed adult residential home, supporting young adults with complex learning disabilities. Duties include ensuring the delivery of person centred care accommodating service users individual needs. Overseeing management behaviour programmes for each resident, lead & motivate your team, ensuring CQC regulations are upheld.
Qualifications and Experience required - We are looking for a manager from a similar setting with a proven record of improving performance. You will have exercise reflective learning to breed positive outcomes for all. You need to have a minimum of a Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent and will to work towards your Level 5 if not already gained
