We are delighted to be partnering with an exciting, rapidly growing manufacturing business in the Bristol area who are recruiting a Factory Manager.
Reporting to the business owners – you will be responsible for leading, motivating, coaching and developing a manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise, leadership skills and make your mark on a growing and developing business. They are interested in high-level candidates with varied level of experience who want to progress in their careers.
This role will have full site responsibility and you will need to drive a strong safety, quality and continuous improvement culture whilst establishing a strong manufacturing process. The successful candidate will have experience leading sites within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
