Production Shift Manager

Role Overview:
As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of operations across multiple shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations in alignment with company objectives. 50 staff
* Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
* Driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed targets.
* Providing leadership and direction to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Conducting training sessions to develop the skills and capabilities of staff members.
* Handling any issues or challenges that arise during your shift, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the drinks/food industry preferred. However, candidates with experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetics sectors are also encouraged to apply.
Strong focus on health and safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 6am-2pm
Monday – Thursday: 2pm -10pm
Monday – Friday: 10pm-6am (6pm – midnight on Fridays)
