Working within the Service Support Team, the primary focus of your role will be to provide assistance to various functions in the delivery of Consultancy and Membership services.

Working efficiently and effectively, you will have to be flexible and able to prioritise, quickly adjusting to the demands of the department.

Membership administration:

·Process enrolments to the Advisor membership scheme, issuing documentation and creating access to online accounts.

·Process annual renewals for Advisor members including review of Service Level Agreements and updating documentation on online accounts

·Booking appointments with members for agreed services.

·Updating Service Delivery team calendars with all necessary information, including allocating time for non-customer facing activities associated with membership agreement.

·Responding to non-technical queries raised by members.

Consultancy administration:

·Process and confirm bookings for consultancy services as agreed by Sales & Customer team.

·Respond to queries raised by clients.

Planning and monitoring:

·Closely liaise with Resource Management team to look ahead at dates required for works associated with renewals, recurring service provision and larger consultancy projects.

·Monitor and record work activity against specific client requirements / company KPIs.

·Final quality control checks maintaining levels of excellence.

Service Delivery team support:

·Work with the Service Delivery team to ensure they have all the information required to deliver the services.

·Respond to queries raised by Service Delivery team in a timely manner being mindful of any time pressures involved.

Office and systems:

·To assist with arrangements for lunch, refreshments and clearing of training rooms for courses held at the Plymouth Training Centre.

·To make effective use of computer systems (hardware and software) to perform administrative tasks.

Other desirable attributes:

·Excellent attention to detail

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

·Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and maintain cooperative and supportive relationships and communication channels with members of other teams.

·Fluency in MS Office.

·Aptitude to work independently, be able to prioritise and think about the broader impact of your decision-making across the business.

·Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations/clients.

·A positive attitude towards problem solving / solutions-based approach.

·A sense of humour
