Avocet are working with an established MEP consultancy, who are looking to establish a new Plymouth office.

With three office already in operation across the South West and South East, producing work across MEP design and sustainability, with project focus on commercial, high end residential, retail, leisure, education and healthcare. They work with clients such as Exeter City FC, Lympstone Manor, Plymouth Argyle FC, Nuffield Health, along with other high profile clients.

We are looking for an individual to join and head up the new Plymouth operation. This presents a unique opportunity to join an established business as a Director/Equity Partner and act as the lead for this new venture.

The Role

* Sitting on the bard of directors with MD and two other regional directors

* Share responsibility for the strategic planning of the business across the group

* Establish and identify a modern and contemporary office space

* Lead recruitment drive within the office, shaping a team to grow for the future

* Widen the company profile

* Join relevant industry and business groups in and around the Plymouth area for strategic growth
