Job Description: As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you'll enjoy the freedom and variety of working flexibly across Plymouth's vibrant city. From covering short-term teacher absences to filling longer-term assignments, we welcome both experienced educators and newly qualified teachers eager to gain valuable classroom experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and impactful lessons across various subjects and age groups
Uphold school policies and procedures to foster a positive learning environment
Manage classroom dynamics and encourage respectful behaviour
Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs
Provide constructive feedback to regular classroom teachers on student progress and behaviour
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Previous teaching experience within the UK education system
Flexible availability to accommodate day-to-day or longer-term assignments
Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and routines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
