Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator

Location: Plymouth

The Senior Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the firm's Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). This role involves various tasks including diary management, client communication, business processing, ongoing client servicing, and mentoring of Administrators.

What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include:

Client Servicing:

* Prepare new business and client review packs for client meetings.

* Assist in producing accurate client portfolio valuation statements.

* Obtain literature and forms from providers and pre-complete basic client details.

* Obtain Anti-Money Laundering Requirements and conduct electronic checks for new and existing clients.

* Assist in the client review process.

Managing Correspondence and Client Files:

* Link all incoming and outgoing relevant documentation and correspondence onto client files, including written and electronic correspondence, conversations, and emails with clients, and conversations with providers.

* Ensure electronic client files are organized and updated to ensure easy accessibility of information when required.

Company Compliance:

* Ensure all tasks are carried out within FCA regulatory requirements.

* Notify advisers of any complaints received and follow appropriate procedures within the complaints handling process.

* Record all correspondence.

What is Needed to Be Considered:

* Qualifications and or at least three years in the industry

* Highly effective time management and organisational skills

* Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work under pressure

* Good literacy and numeracy skills

* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills (verbal and written)

* Articulate with attention to detail

* Ability to work within defined business processes
