Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to develop their nursing career at our home located in Honiton, Devon.
Our Care home is a charming, converted manor house set within its own 12-acre parkland, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, providing personalised residential, nursing and dementia care to older people.
We are situated close to the bustling market town of Honiton in Devon; the home and village form a thriving community within a beautiful setting.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Service Mananger.

Job Role: As a Clinical Service Manager that will mean making sure the level of clinical care, we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts before nurses get started. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos' of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
