Permanent SEN Teaching Assistant needed for August start!
Do you have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with knowledge of BSL or ASD? Are you confident in behaviour management? This prestigious College in The Vale of Glamorgan is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a permanent role.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers to create an innovative, dynamic and engaging learning environment for students with SEN. Your main responsibility will be to provide 1:1 support to these students, helping them to reach their full potential. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage challenging behaviours.
To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience, hold a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent, and be confident in teaching English and Maths up to GCSE level.
If you join our supply team, you can expect:
An annual salary between £19,000 and £20,000;
