IS Group are seeking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to join our team based in Flint, near Chester.  You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,000 per year.

IS Group is a sign manufacturing company, working closely with designers architects, councils and construction companies delivering quality and dynamic solutions nationwide. To assist with our continued growth we require an experienced individual to join as our Sales Account Manager.

About the Sales Account Manager role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will have a portfolio of client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to clients, aimed at maximising growth opportunities across our range of products. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure the renewal of services for each client.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Thursday 8.30-17.00. Friday 8.30-15.30.

Responsibilities as our Sales Account Manager will include:

Understanding and align with customer strategy and objectives
Achieving quarterly revenue targets on account customers.
Proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
Maintaining a robust pipeline of portfolio opportunities to achieve growth.
Effectively managing customer contact levels to agreed levels.
Conducting Teams meetings with customers for account reviews
Ensuring all customer requests, requirements, queries, are met promptly and efficiently.
Providing valuable feedback from customers to the business.
Accurately logging all interactions on the internal CRM system.
Communicating product updates to customers as necessary.

What we’re looking for in our Sales Account Manager:

Account management: 1 year (preferred)
Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record.
Strong determination to exceed sales targets and objectives.
Proficient in objection handling.
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
Strong administrative, planning, organisation, and time management skills.
Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
Takes responsibility for actions and commitments.
