Credit Controller

Adecco is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an organisation based in Wrexham, who is seeking a Credit Controller to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent role due to expansion, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to their team's ongoing success.

As the Credit Controller, you will be reporting to the Collections Manager and will be responsible for administering the day-to-day management, collection, and chasing of outstanding invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the debit management and ledger systems.

Salary up to £25,000 p/a.
Monday to Friday working hours, from 8.30am to 5pm.
Located in Wrexham Industrial Estate, with free parking available.
Opportunity to complete an NVQ Course after 2 years in the organisation.

Key Requirements for the Role:

Ability to use systems well - IT Literate, with experience in using software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous experience working within a busy collections or debit management environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of credit control systems.
Self-motivated, resilient, and a confident negotiator.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Good organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Recent experience in a fast-paced credit control environment.
