Overview:
This role will provide operational performance trending & reporting on key operational areas like manufacturing outputs, energy consumption, efficiency and waste-water treatment for the site management team. Maintain & develop the KPI reporting for site & Supply Chain.
This role supports the Manufacturing Accounts Assistant through the generation & administration of timely and accurate monthly operational tasks for month end accounts
The Role
To Maintain live key performance indicators (KPIs) for the site, reporting to Management team & SC Director
Responsible for the administration of the site energy management to include:
All energy related purchases, ensuring all goods/ services are receipted into IFS when confirmed received/completed.
group legislative schemes eg UK ETS, ISO50001 etc & support annual audits
Audit lead for UK ETS, liaise with consultants to complete annual submissions to the NRW
Monitor, trend & report on site energy usage
Provide administrative support
Timely data collation of the ROCS claims to OfGem.
Admin of fuel intake to include purchase orders, delivery, monitoring, trending & reconciliation of accounts, providing information to Manufacturing Accountant (LNG, Fuel Wood, diesel oil etc)
VREL metering and costs spreadsheet, circulating to relevant parties.
Send the completed records to consultants for the administration of RHIs
Orchestration of Operations meetings as required
Provision of admin support to the site WWTP Consortium, to include processing Purchase orders, re-charges to Sensient & any ad-hoc admin requirements.
To maintain the site water usage data & Water Stewardship reporting
Submit the completed records to the Manufacturing Accountant (MA) in order to complete any operational costs impacts.
To complete internal auditing as required by the site Technical team.
Provide ad-hoc support and annual leave cover within the Site Logistics & Services Team.
Drive continuous improvement to eliminate ‘waste’ from any administration, performance reporting
Carry out duties & objectives as required by the SLSM, which are deemed to be within the scope of existing knowledge, experience and training.
Ensure personal compliance with all Company Business Management, Health & Safety, Energy and Environmental Management system requirements.
Qualifications
Business Administration (minimum NVQ level 3) or Accountancy Qualifications (minimum AAT Level 2) or equivalent work experience.
Excellent MS Excel skills – Advanced Level
Excellent general computer skills.
2 years’ work place experience desirable.
