RSW Ltd are searching for a Operations Manager with a strong manufacturing background for a growing company based in Merthyr Tydfil.
Responsibilities:
* Plan in-house production schedules to align with customer demands by ensuring timely inbound and outbound overseas shipments to enhance supply chain efficiency.
* Transport documentation knowledge.
* Strong communication in building supplier & customer relationships.
* Lead change management initiatives and execute process improvements in engineering and manufacturing departments to streamline operations.
* Conduct comprehensive management reviews of human resources, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.
* Co-ordinate quality initiatives with key stakeholders and oversee purchasing and sales functions to fulfil delivery expectations.
* Guide and support Health and Safety requirements as directed.
* ERP/MRP experience is a must.
