The Cake Crew are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join our Finance Team.  The main duties involve:

Raising daily invoices to Customers adhering to a strict deadlines. Ensure invoices are sent out in a timely maner in the correct format.
Processing of Cash Receipts, Issuance of Credit Notes and Sales Ledger adjustments. General housekeeping.
Chasing overdue debt and adhering to strict KPI’s. Cross checking costs for the Company where appropriate.
Other Accounting duties where appropriate and assisting the Accounts team

You wil possess the following knowledge, skills and experience:

Sales Ledger knowledge and experience required, additional training provided.
Good Excel skills needed with an appropriate telephone manner.
A high level of attention to detail.
Good problem solving abilities and a self starter. Ability to be flexible and pursuant is essential for this role.
Experience of working with major food retailers would be beneficial but not essential.
Be tenacious and meticulous.
