Are you looking for a career in sales, working alongside major brands within a global manufacturing company that will help develop your skills and put you on the path to senior positions through structured training, shadowing and personal development from the national sales manager all whilst earning commission to boost your earnings?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing supplier and manufacturer of construction equipment, they operate globally selling into huge store such as Screwfix and B&Q down to smaller independent stores. They are looking for a new Junior business Development Executive to train up and progress into their sales team.
This role will involve traveling around the midlands to visit current clients, managing their accounts and trying to upsell by expanding or introducing the companies brands. The role will involve plenty of training, shadowing senior members of staff and learning on the job.
This role would suit a Junior Business Development Executive of similar looking to join a business where they will be given lots of support and training to help develop them and progress their career while also offering the opportunity to earn commission and greatly boost earnings.
