£22,308 + monthly bonus £30,000-£45,000 OTE

We’re on the lookout for Inbound Call Centre Advisors who enjoy giving excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Inbound Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound calls from regarding low-value parking fines in a professional and respectful manner.
* Providing advice and knowledge on suitable payment arrangements for the individual and providing details on future fees and penalties.
* Conducting detailed financial assessments to determine the most appropriate repayment options.
* Setting repayment plans and taking payments.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with debtors.
* Adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies during the collections process.
Inbound Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
* Ideally experience in credit management or debt collection would be highly desirable.
* Alternatively, experience in a contact centre or sales environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
